How to make a return
- 1. Email us at resi@dolceriva.it with your order number.
- 2. Within 24h you'll receive a prepaid shipping label by email.
- 3. Pack the bag in its original packaging and apply the label.
- 4. Hand the parcel to the indicated courier. You'll receive your refund within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.
